About Sydney
Sydney is a native Californian and has been a psychic reader for over 30 years. “I always knew I experienced this place differently than others,” recounts Sydney about her life as a psychic. “From the time I was five years old, I was experiencing these extraordinary feelings, but I really did not know how to express them. It was more trouble than it was worth to tell people.”
It wasn’t until 1978 that Sydney, as a wife and mother of two children, started doing psychic readings at no charge for her friends and family. After four years of doing multiple readings per day, her workload became quite burdensome and she decided to take a hiatus and stop doing readings. Ten years later, in 1992, her marriage broke up and Sydney went through a life-changing experience where she was told by her inner voices that she needed to start reading again. She was told it was not necessary to advertise her services; all she needed to do was tell five people she knew at the time that she was going to start reading again.
One of those five people introduced Sydney to an astrologer who worked at the then famous new-age bookstore in Laguna Beach, California, Fahrenheit 451. One day this astrologer asked Sydney to substitute for him during his shift since he could not make it to work. Sydney agreed and showed up to fill in for him at Fahrenheit, but she was soon reprimanded by the manager of the bookstore for substituting for a permanent employee without her prior approval.
Sydney then gave the angry manager a psychic reading. The manager was awe-struck by Sydney’s talent and the accuracy of the reading. She hired Sydney on the spot to work for her as a permanent employee at Fahrenheit 451. Sydney worked there for two years as a psychic reader until the store eventually closed. After that, she continued to do psychic readings from her home.
Ever since then, Sydney has literally helped thousands of people “navigate the jungle” of daily life.
